Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Satellite Air Time

U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to NAL Research in Manassas, Virginia for a base year for uninterrupted internet connection that will allow the iridium GPS satellite tracking device information to be transmitted to and displayed at the Air and Marine Operations Center.

The GPS information derived from NAL Research satellite tracking devices are dependent upon the vendor’s infrastructure Period of performance: Base Year - October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 If any contractors feel they can meet the requirements please contact the contracting officer by email at Michael.A.Hall@cbp.dhs.gov by the response date and time listed with this notice. You must submit a capabilities statement displaying your ability to meet the requirements.
