Notice of Intent, Sole Source : Aeronautical Navigation Flight Charts

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc for aeronautical navigation flight charts (Jeppesen charts). The proposed flight charts will be distrusted and utilized by CBP Air and Marine Operations (AMO) pilots to ensure accurate routes and flights path are correct. There are currently no other applications that meet the flight navigation requirements.

Boeing Digital offers a comprehensive and total coverage of charts for areas within and outside of the United States. As noted in the Statement of Work, the required charts must provide worldwide coverage of enroute and terminal charts for inclusion on an electronic flight bag, including airfields that not supported by Defense Logistics Agency Flight Information Publications (FLIPs).

The anticipated contract period of performance will be from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time. You must submit a capabilities statement displaying your ability to meet the requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.
