In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source reasonably available to satisfy agency requirement, Customs and Border Protection intends to to negotiate a Sole Source award with Animal Hospital of Mobile, 6354 Airport Boulevard, Mobile, AL, 36608 for Kennel and Veterinary Services to support the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Canine Enforcement Program at the Area Port of Mobile, AL, and the mission of CBP. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for quotations.
