Intent to Sole Source for NCFTA data

This is a notice of intent to proceed with a sole source requirement with National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance limited. in order to procure proprietary data/information. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): Only one source is deemed reasonably available. This notice is being provided per FAR 5.201(b)(1)(iii) and FAR 5.207(c)(14).

Market research has identified no other vendor which can meet this requirement as the requirement involves proprietary information. Vendors that desire further information or believe that they can meet these requirements may respond to this notice. The response should contain a brief description of any experience with this information. If the response suggests a qualified vendor, a competitive Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued.
