(RSF) of office and related space located at 2600 Business Parkway, Yakima, WA 98903 for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This lease award was made using full and open competition through the GSA Automated Advanced Acquisition Platform (AAAP) under the basis of lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA).
