Justification for Renewal in Norfolk, VA

The U.S. Governemnt intends to exercise a renewal for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Norfolk, VA at the Norfolk International Airport. The Government requires office and related space yeilding a minimum of 7,386 ABOA square feet. The square feet must be located on airport property, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by Friday, March 1, 2024. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanide by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
