U.S. GOVERNMENT - NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE 5 YEAR LEASE RENEWAL OPTION IN OKEMOS, MI The U.S. Government currently occupies 8,118 ABOA / 8,353.52 RSF of office and warehouse space in a building under a lease in Okemos, MI that will expire on 12/31/24. The Lease includes an unevaluated renewal option for a 5-year term. The Government has a continuing need for this space for mission-related and economic reasons and anticipates exercising the renewal option unless alternative space is economically advantageous.

In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure.
