Weather Support Services MQ-4C Triton

The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to HUBZone Redtown Technical Services, LLC for Weather forecasting services to support the safe operation of the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Vehicle (or other Unmanned Aerial System) in support of Unmanned Patrol Squadron (VUP) out of the VUP-19 operations center, Jacksonville, FL.

Level of support shall be a 24/7 forecast support position for each operational area supporting a MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Air Vehicle orbit. These orbits are/may be located in the INDOPACOM, EUCOM and CENTCOM AORs The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 541990, with a size standard of $19.5 million. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. This notice does not constitute a request for proposals, request for quote or an invitation to bid.

All sources eligible to provide the requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide the requirement as outlines above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response.

If no response are received, within two (2) calendar days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable items are available, and that this is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product though a sole source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
