Supply and delivery of 2 x New 14-Seater Van

The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby issues the following Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The supply and delivery of 2 x New 14-Seater Van. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor/vehicle dealership. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion.

The resultant purchase order will be a firm fixed price type contract. Please see RFQ for actual proposal response date/proposal due date.
