Sport Utility Vehicle – 7 seats ordering for the U.S. Embassy Hanoi

The American Embassy Hanoi, Vietnam is issuing solicitation for procurement of 1 (one) Sport Utility Vehicle in sport the activities of its Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), Detachment 2 in Vietnam. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is responsible contractor. The Goverbment may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. All Contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for award Managerment) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer puruant for FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotation/ proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
