1. Your quotation in English language, should be accompanied by adequate technical documentation other printed material or pertinent information (in English language) for each item quoted.

2. The prices should include delivery cost to US Embassy Uzbekistan, 3, Mayqorghon Street, 5th Block, Yunusobod District, Tashkent, 100093, Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. The supplier must have local representative office and must be an authorized, technically certified and guaranteed dealer in Uzbekistan. Supplier must honor the manufactures warranty for all items and must have certification to provide warranty services. All items are to be UL Listed and/or CSA Certified and/or IEC Rated.

4. The aim of this solicitation is to purchase of Schneider OEM parts for the replacement of End-of-Life (EOL) parts and the repair of recall clusters on breaker. The utilization of Schneider OEM equipment is crucial to extending the operational life of the Schneider electrical distribution system.

5. Successful offerors shall be registered with the SAM (accessed through www.sam.gov) prior to contract award.
