2 new SUV vehicles

The U.S. Embassy in Montevideo, General Services Office (GSO) Contracting and Procurement, seeks a company; qualified, reliable, responsible and responsive with sufficient resources and work experience to provide a quotation for two (2) SUV Vehicles for the U.S. Embassy Montevideo. For a company to be considered, the company must be able to meet, satisfy, understand, and comply with all requirements in the Request for Quotations (RFQ), including the due date. Please see list of standard specifications for the Vehicle:

SUV Color: black/white/grey/Silver/blue dark Engine and vehicle manufacturer warranty for a minimum of 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. Official service must be available at Montevideo, Uruguay.

Delivery: immediate delivery will be valued, accepted delivery at Montevideo Uruguay up to 3 (three) months maximum. Please quote the vehicles CIF Montevideo and specify delivery date. You may submit your quotation to MontevideoProcurement@state.gov until 11:30 a.m. on August 29th, 2025. Late offers will not be considered. Your bid should comprise of:

SF-18 Completed Detailed information and specifications of the proposed equipment; delivery date; as well as the maintenance schedule for the first year. All interested vendors must have an active registration on the SAM.gov portal.
