Enclosed is Request for Quotation (RFQ) # 19TC1226Q0010 | PD Space Summit Event, for U.S. Consulate General, Dubai.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at U.S. Consulate, Bur Dubai, Dubai at 11:00 AM (UAE time) on 03 September 2026. Interested bidders shall provide the following details of their representatives by 03:00 PM (UAE time) on 01 September 2026:

  • Emirates ID (Copy)
  • Name of the Company

Attendance is limited to two persons per company.

The last date for receipt of questions is 03:00 PM (UAE time) on 07 September 2026. Quotations are due by 03:00 PM (UAE time) on 15 September 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be submitted in English; incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
