Solicitation notice Ref: 19SW8024Q0019 Generators PMSC Services The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for yearly Generators PMSC Services in U.S. Embassy properties in Stockholm and vicinity. Only companies specializing in this field of work with valid permits and experience should apply for a solicitation package. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on 11th June 2024, 10.00 local time at the US Embassy in Stockholm. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact stkgsocontracts@state.gov by 7th June 11.00 with names of visitors and for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.

Questions are due 13th June 11.00 local time and Quotations are due by 20th June 2024 11.00. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
