This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Embassy of the United States of America will be purchasing one passenger SUV. This vehicle will be part of the Embassy's fleet and will be registered tax free with diplomatic plates. Vehicle shall be delivered in Madrid. Delivery shall take place no later than 6 months from ordering date.
Offerors must meet or exceed the following specifications and requirements: European specifications SUV vehicle with 5 seats Hybrid (for ECO or ZERO label) Combined engine range of 900km or more Fuel tank: 50 liters minimum All-wheel drive (if possible) Automatic transmission Between 250 and 300 horsepower Fog lights and bi-xenon or LED headlights Adaptive cruise control (anti-collision) Assisted parking system (front/rear) Rear 360 camera Lane change alert package Blind spot detector Audio system with hands-free (Bluetooth + navigation) Driver and passenger airbags Power folding heated side mirrors Power-adjustable, heated front seats Exterior paint: Paint Dark color Tinted or privacy glass Traction control Emergency braking assistance Forward collision mitigation (warns you of an impending collision and applies the brakes in certain scenarios) Lane departure warning (alerts you if the vehicle begins to drift out of its lane) Dual zone automatic climate control
