IDIQ Contract for Transportation Services

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM website when it is available. The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore intends to issue a Request for Quotation to establish a contract for short term vehicle rental services for the U.S. Embassy Singapore. Requirements include rental of various type of vehicles including drivers (e.g. sedan, MPVs, minivans, buses and trucks) and self-drive vehicles.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Government is planning to hold a pre-proposal conference and the date for this will be in the solicitation.

Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer by or before the response date and time. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
