The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the establishment of one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide general electrical maintenance and repair services at U.S. Government facilities in Cape Town, South Africa.

The BPAs will cover routine and emergency electrical work, including installation, troubleshooting, wiring, lighting, and power system repairs, issued through individual call orders not exceeding USD 10,000 each, with a total estimated BPA ceiling of USD 15,000 through November 30, 2028. A pre-bid conference (informational meeting) will be held at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, 2 Reddam Avenue, Tokai, to clarify the BPA requirement, submission process, and evaluation expectations.Vendors must submit in advance the full name, ID or passport number, and vehicle details (registration, make, model, and color) of each representative attending.
