Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for General Plumbing Services – U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, South Africa

The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the establishment of one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide general plumbing maintenance and repair services at U.S. Government facilities in Cape Town, South Africa. The BPAs will cover routine and emergency plumbing work, including installation, leak detection, fixture replacement, and related tasks on an as-needed basis.

Orders will be issued under individual BPA Call Orders not exceeding USD 10,000 each, with a total estimated BPA value not to exceed USD 15,000 over the performance period through November 30, 2028. A pre-bid conference (informational meeting) will be held at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, 2 Reddam Avenue, Tokai. The session will serve to explain the BPA requirement, submission process, and evaluation expectations.

Vendors must submit in advance the full name, ID or passport number, and vehicle details (registration, make, model, and color) of each representative attending to allow for security clearance. Access will not be granted to individuals whose details are not received by the stated deadline.
