The purpose of this Amendment is to revise the solicitation with: Correct clin#1 quantity of breakers from 7 TO 8, for all periods of performance price tables. Correct Clin#4 description from MSDS, EATON, 380/220 6000 A bus 3, 4 wires TO MCDS, EATON, 380/220 6000 A bus 4 wires, to be reflected for all periods of performance price tables. Add details to Clin#2 to read (7 breakers, don’t have spring release nor shunt trip coils) Replace FAR 52.204-30 with FAR 52.204-29 Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders—Representation and Disclosures (Dec 2023). Extend the proposal due date and time from January 22, 2024 TO January 30, 2024 on or before 1700 hrs.
