CMR Perimeter Wall Upgrade 2025

The U.S. Embassy in Kigali, Rwanda, seeks qualified contractors for the upgrade of the southeast side of the security perimeter wall at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR). The project includes wall brick cladding construction, privacy panel installation, site preparation, and protection/restoration of site elements. Contractors must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work within the specified timeline.

The scope includes structural reinforcement, aesthetic enhancements, and landscaping restoration. Interested offerors must meet technical qualifications, possess required licenses and permits, and comply with local labor and safety regulations. A site visit is scheduled for August 18, 2025, to provide further clarity on project requirements.
