Request for Quotation No.19PL9026Q0016– vehicle purchase Date Issued July 6th, 2026 Closing date July 22nd, 2026 The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw has a requirement to purchase a brand new middle size hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is 19PL9026Q0016 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-55.

Vehicle must be offered in the Polish market with authorized service available in Warsaw area. Due to registration procedures, prospective seller must be a registered business in Poland and issue a Polish sales VAT invoice. Delivery to US Embassy Warsaw required within 60 days of award.
