The solicitation is for PMS for Medium Voltage Switchgear (Eaton). The anticipated performance period is for one year. All qualified responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal for consideration. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed-price contract. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
