US EMBASSY LISBON CATERING SERVICES FOR JULY 4TH EVENT

The Embassy of the United States of America in Lisbon, Portugal, intends to issue a Request for Quotation for catering services for the Independence Day event that will take place at the Chancery on June 27, 2024. The solicitation will be issued via e-mail to the prospective offerors based on their written request to LisbonProcure@state.gov.

The Embassy is seeking the services of a qualified contractor specializing in this field of work that has local facilities available for menu tasting as part of the technical evaluation. Potential offerors must also be available to attend an in-person site visit, the date will be announced in the solicitation document. Please be advised that firms need to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov before the contract is awarded.
