"SEE ATTACHED" The Embassy of the United States of America, The Hague, invites you to submit your best competitive quote for the supply and delivery of one (1) mid-sized Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) as per below specifications and requirements. Offerors must read this RFQ including the clauses in its entirety before submitting an offer. Your offer must be submitted in English, via email to TheHaguecontracts@state.gov marked RFQ# 19NL8024Q0052 and must be received on or before August 22, 2024, at 5 p.m. CET.

Offers received after the deadline will not be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
