Supply, Delivery & Installation of Tent

The Embassy of the United States of America invites all interested responsible companies to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, and installation services of a tent as in accordance with the Request for Quotations attached. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price type contract. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) prior to submitting their proposal. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is hereby extended from August 7, 2026, to August 28, 2026, at 15:00 (local time).
