HMO US Consulate Swimming pool preventive maintenance service

The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified contractors to provide Swimming Pool and Equipment Preventive Maintenance Services for U.S. Government-managed real property under a fixed-price contract. The selected contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to carry out preventive maintenance for swimming pools and associated equipment.

The contract will be awarded for a one-year period with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. All interested vendors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to submitting a quotation, in accordance with FAR provision 4.1102 policy.
