The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for Baltimore Aircoil Company spare parts for the NEC cooling tower system in Mexico City, Mexico. The estimated delivery schedule for this service is 60 days. It is expected that, once awarded, the spare parts shall be delivered no later than December 1, 2025. Delivery of items shall be in Mexico City or Brownsville. The selected offeror will be fully responsible for providing the spare parts as described in the RFQ document, which will be published on SAM.gov.

This includes obtaining any necessary local government permits (including import permits) and licenses, if required, while adhering to the quality standards specified in the RFQ document. Offerors will be responsible for presenting an offer that considers the elements listed below. If a discrepancy is identified, the offeror will be responsible for flagging it in the quotation.

The offeror shall provide complete information about the items being quoted, in conformance with the requirements stated in the scope of work. This includes descriptive literature, manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical datasheets, as applicable. Items must comply with the industry’s minimum quality standards and any additional quality and warranty requirements specified in the RFQ document.

All offerors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to deliver the spare parts. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their quotation: All proposals and documents must be in English. All offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to submitting a quotation, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7 (https://www.sam.gov).

The email address for submitting proposals and questions is specified in the LTO document and the SAM publication. All offerors must submit their quotation prior to the response date and time.
