Solicitation Swimming Pool Maintenance

The United States Embassy in Mexico seeks companies that provide swimming pool maintenance services to two (2) residential swimming pools located in two (2) properties of the U.S. Government in Mexico City.

The Contractor services shall include, and are not limited to, cleaning of the two pools and maintaining chemically balanced the pools’ water, performing water quality testing, reporting water testing results, revising and replacing parts as sands traps and filters as needed, and performing regular inspection, cleaning and repairs of the pools’ machinery (recirculating system pumps and heating systems).

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
