U.S. Embassy Antananarivo - PMSC for Trane Rotary Screw Air Cooled Chillers

The U.S. Embassy in Antananarivo requires services to maintain Trane Rotary screw air cooled chillers in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services paid at a monthly rate. These rates include all costs associated with providing Trane chillers maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty including materials, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead and profit. The contract will be for a one-year period, with three one-year optional periods of performance.
