U.S. Embassy Antananarivo: Garbage Collection Services

The Embassy of the United States of America in Antananarivo, Madagascar is inviting companies to submit quotations to undertake a bi-weekly (every two weeks) Trash collection at the Embassy Compound. It will be a base plus 4-option year contract. A site visit is scheduled to be on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 9:00am.

Please send complete names of your representative attending the site visit along with their ID card number to RanebosonHZ@state.gov no later than Monday, January 12, 2026, by 12:00pm (noon)for access request purpose. Participants will meet at the US Embassy main entrance. Please see the full solicitation package attached to this announcement. Proposal submission due date will be Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 16:30 pm. No proposal will be accepted beyond this deadline.

Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposal will not be accepted. Your quotation must be marked: “Proposal in response to RFQ# 19MA1026Q0003 - Embassy trash collection” - US Embassy Antananarivo, GSO Section, Lot 207A, Point Liberty, Andranoro-Antehiroka, Antananarivo, Madagascar.

The US Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the company responsible or individual submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price, based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so For any complementary information, please email to procurementantananarivo@state.gov.
