The Embassy of the United States in Antananarivo, Madagascar, has a requirement for fuel supplies for the US Embassy Antananarivo, Madagascar. The requirement is for providing delivery of diesel fuel and unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane of 95 for the US Embassy Antananarivo, Madagascar. The estimated quantity for diesel fuel is 120,000 liters/year and the estimated quantity for unleaded gasoline is 60,000 liters/year. Please note these are only estimated quantities.
The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The resultant contract will be a Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment IDIQ (indefinite delivery indefinite quantity) contract under which will be issued delivery orders.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline pending internal review of the requirement.
Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to:
Confirm by certification that contractor is not in violation with Executive Order 14173 Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity; and Incorporate the provision Certification Regarding Compliance with applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws in Section G of the solicitation. The annual maximum quantity has been increased to 450,000L. The proposal submission due date is extended to Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 at 16:00pm. The pre-proposal conference minutes are made part of this solicitation.
