CMR Roof Replacement

The Embassy of the United States in Antananarivo, Madagascar, has a requirement for roof replacement and roof related renovations of the existing facility known as the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR). The requirement is to provide the services of a contractor to replace and renovate the US Embassy Antananarivo CMR. The anticipated performance is for a ten (10) months period. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov when submitting a proposal through award and final payment under the contract pursuant to FAR Provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
