Subject: Request for Proposal Number 19M05526R0004 Enclosed is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Sports Envoy Soccer Program Event Organization. The U.S. Embassy Rabat has a requirement for a contractor to provide comprehensive logistical, operational, and event-management services to support a week-long, multi-city Sports Envoy program in accordance with the specifications and the terms and conditions set forth herein.

If you would like to submit a proposal, please follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to rabatgsocontracts@state.gov The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price in accordance with FAR 52.212-1.

We intend to award a purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Questions are due by September 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time, via rabatgsocontracts@state.gov. Proposals are due by September 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your proposals must be submitted electronically in Portable Document Format (PDF) to rabatgsocontracts@state.gov .
