19M05525A0001 Blanket Purchase Agreement for Gasoline and Diesel Fuels The Embassy of the United States of America in Rabat invites you to submit your best offer for delivery of high-quality gasoline (Essence) and diesel (Gazole). The U.S. Government intends to award at least three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) beginning November 1, 2024, for a period of one (1) calendar year.

The Blanket Purchase Agreement shall be awarded to the most reasonably priced technically acceptable offerors, and at the U.S. Government’s discretion. Technical acceptability of prospective vendors is evaluated by ensuring compliance with the terms of the Blanket Purchase Agreement and the provision of high-quality fuels.

A Blanket Purchase Agreement is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing "charge accounts" with qualified sources of supply (see https://www.acquisition.gov/far/13.303 for additional information). All offers must be submitted to the Embassy Rabat Procurement & Contracting Unit via e-mail at rabatgsoprocurement@state.gov no later than 16:45 on October 28, 2024. No offers will be accepted after this time.
