The United States Embassy in Rabat, Morocco, is releasing a solicitation for Warehouse Support Services. The bid due date for this solicitation is set on August 15, 2024 at 16:00 (local time). A site visit will be held on July 26, 2024, at 10:30 am at the Embassy warehouse. Prospective offerors should contact RabatContracts@state.gov by July 23, 2024, with the names and ID card information for anyone wishing to participate in the site visit.

Please be sure to bring the solicitation document with you to the conference. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable lowest price offer. We are using procedures outlined in FAR Part 15. We intend to award the contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if deemed to be in the interest of the United State government with companies in the competitive range.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM Your Proposals must be submitted electronically to RabatContracts@state.gov.

The file size must not exceed 30MB or it may be rejected by our e-mail system. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
