Marine Security Guard Residence Canopy

The U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco has a requirement for fabrication and installation of a Canopy at the Marine Security Guard Residence in accordance with the solicitation package attached. Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply. The Government intends to award a contract / purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

We intend to award a contract / purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need do so. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on July 24, 2024, at 10.00 am, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend.

Offerors interested in attending should e-mail the names of all individuals who will participate to the site visit to the following e-mail address Khatabim@state.gov no later than July 19,2024 to arrange access to the building. Questions are due by July 29,2024 at 16:00 GMT+1. Please send your questions to Khatabim@state.gov. The answer to the queries will be shared with all prospective offerors.

Interested parties should download the RFQ package attached and provide their quotation to Khatabim@state.gov referencing ID #19M05524Q0010 by august 12, 2024, 4:00pm local time.
