Fuel for US Embassy Rabat Generators

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit your quotations (RFQ) for a quantity of 40,000 liters of diesel fuel/ gasoil for U.S. Embassy Rabat’s generators. Fuel delivery shall be made in accordance with all general safety standards and protocols.

Delivery shall be made within the following schedule: Regular Working Days (Monday-Friday) excluding Local & Federal Holidays from 9:00 A.M. to 16:00 P.M. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, uniforms, vehicles, and transportation to provide diesel fuel to the designated area at the Embassy. Contractor shall provide all necessary resources required to accomplish the deliverables entailed within this Statement of Work (SOW).

The Contractor shall coordinate with the COR for parking, material storage, and any other needs for the work. The U.S. Government intends to award a Purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award the order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions
