U.S. Embassy Luxembourg has a requirement for a contractor to replace a cast iron drainage pipe in an historic residence. RFQ number “19LU5025Q0003-Luxembourg CMR -Replacement of Cast Iron Pipe” is available to download, should you be interested in submitting a quotation. The Embassy will award purchase order with the supplies or services being assigned to the contractor on the lowest price, technically acceptable basis.
If you are unable to quote, please so indicate on this form and return it to the address in Block 9. This request does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of this quotation or to contract for supplies or services. Supplies are of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated by quoter. Any representations and/or certifications attached to this Request for Quotations must be completed by the quoter.
Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Return the completed SF-1449 via e-mail, fax, or mail by date/time specified in block 8. Oral quotes will not be accepted. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
