Repairs and make-ready services are required to prepare the leased property in Riga for occupancy by the incoming resident. Due to the exclusive ownership rights and proprietary knowledge of the residence, only the property owners are authorized and qualified to perform these services. No other vendors or contractors have the legal rights or access necessary to carry out the required repairs and make-ready work.
