The requirement is to provide social media monitoring services focused on disinformation spread in Slovakia. The monitoring tool and regular analysis have brought a significant improvement in Embassy’s strategic communications by allowing us to identify, track, and strategically counter through our own messaging, disinformation narratives in the Slovak infospace. The service providor is the only one of its kind with a media monitoring tool for the Slovak and Czech infosphere. The AI tool goes beyond simple key word searches and can pull more complex language for a more precise picture of content posted across social media platforms and media outlets.
