Bathroom Restoration Servives

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. This is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract for obtaining Bathroom Restoration Services for the U.S. Embassy Housing Compound in Tokyo, Japan. The anticipated performance period is for one year. The U.S. Government may award the contract based on the initial quotation without discussion.

The resultant contract will be an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The U.S. Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. Therefore, quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
