Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to the addresses ZagrebBids@state.gov and MazorT@state.gov, not later than April 25, 2025 using the solicitation name “, U.S. Embassy - ICITAP PFE25M6 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ROUND TABLE CONFERENCE & LODGING– June 2025 Zagreb, Croatia, 19HR9025Q0013” in the subject line.
