Exterior Painting and Façade Repair at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt

The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt has a requirement for painting maintenance and repairs on existing historic and modern buildings located on the Consulate compound, three government-owned private residences, and at the American Consulate General housing area, in Frankfurt, Germany as per solicitation attached. Section J will be made available separately through FAN.gov. Interested parties must explicitly request access by email to the Contract Specialist at Jacobsenw@state.gov.

The explicit access request must contain: • Company’s Name and Physical Address • Name of Requestor • Name(s) and email address(es) of the company’s representative(s) to whom access should be granted No access will be granted to Section J to requestors submitting access requests as the quotations due date approaches or after the RFQ closes. Quoters are strongly encouraged to request access as early as practicable.

Any delay by a quoter to request access to the Section J shall not constitute a basis for extending any solicitation deadline. All dates and times established in this solicitation remain firm unless changed by formal amendment issued by the Contracting Officer.
