The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the establishment of a single-award firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of internet services at the U.S. Embassy Beijing, China.
