Commercial Items: Door and Window Grille Installation at the Carl-Schurz-Siedlung Residence at the US Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract during the fourth quarter of calendar year 2025. The successful contractor shall provide supply and install 403 security-rated substantial doors with frames and 128 bespoke interior-mounted window grilles in the Carl-Schurz-Siedlung, Frankfurt Residential Housing Complex over the course of two calendar years.

NAICS 238350 NAICS 332323 A site visit is tentatively planned for July 24, 2025 at 10:00 hours. The Contractor shall follow security and safety directives.
