Chancery Boiler Replacement Construction Services at the US Embassy Prague, Czech Republic

The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Chancery Building Boiler Replacement, US Embassy Prague, Czech Republic The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the second quarter of calendar year 2024. The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe.

The successful offeror shall provide complete construction services to remove the existing and aging boiler system infrastructure; removal of the old oil storage tank and its contents as well as complete the installation of a new three-gas boiler system including infrastructure i.e. additional electrical and plumbing; system regulation and adjustments; and replacement of smoke flues to complete the installation required at the main chancery building at the U.S. Embassy Prague, Czech Republic.

The Contractor shall be responsible for hiring labor, vendors and shall follow US Embassy security and safety directives. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 U.S. Dollars for the entire project.
