Acquisition of one PHEV Sedan

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the acquisition of one PHEV Sedan. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
