Replacement of gas boiler & chimney flue in a USG Property in Paris, France

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for Replacement of gas boiler and chimney flue in a U.S Government Property located in Paris, France. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.
