The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for Outbound shipping services of the Diplomatic Pouch. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract under which will be issued task orders.
The contract will be for one base year and two option years. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
