Local purchase of Passenger van/SUV for Embassy Tallinn

The Contractor shall deliver one passenger SUV/minivan to the U.S. Embassy Tallinn, Estonia. A passenger SUV/minivan vehicle the following minimum salient characteristics/vehicle specification: The vehicle must be suitable for Nordic climate conditions. Minimum 7 seats including driver.

Four-wheel drive/All-wheel drive minimum Automatic Transmission Cruise Control Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS) Power Steering Dark interior Leather steering wheel Gasoline Engine As powerful engine as possible for driving on highway in full capacity (min 125kW) 5-year warranty 5 Door Tinted Windows Studded winter tires and summer tires on alloys 360 degree parking assistance with rear camera Electrically regulated mirrors with heating Heated seats Alarm Metallic paint – neutral color (navy blue, gray) Rubber mats Cargo area rubber mats Front and rear mud guards Full size spare wheel Separate A/C for front of the car and back of the car Front fog lamps Radio with Bluetooth connection NOTE: Any proposed vehicle that meets the above minimum salient specifications will be considered.

Any vehicle that does not meet the minimum specifications above will be determined as not acceptable. This vehicle shall be suitable for Nordic climate. Minimum warranty 5 years. The vehicle manufacturer shall have a strong after sales service support/service dealers in Estonia. The vehicle spare parts shall be readily available in Estonia. Quoted product should be 100% technically compliant. Bidders are requested to mention in the proposal stock availability, lead time of delivery, and warranty period.

Warranty: The Contractor agrees that the vehicle under this contract shall be covered by the most favorable commercial warranty the contractor provides to any customer for such items. The warranty shall be serviced/carried out in Estonia. Service workshops should be located in Estonia and are expected to be fully equipped to handle any work, from minor adjustments to all other levels of preventive maintenance and repair works with highly skilled trained staff to manufacturer standards.
